Good facilities well acclimatised room, decent breakfast. Great and very helpful staff. Very good location: bus stop on front door and metro station 5 min down the street, easy to reach city centre and all attractions.
The shower cubical was small and uncomfortable. Although breakfast was pretty good and substantial it was the same every day.

I loved how lively the San Lorenzo and Università districts were, perfect for someone like me who enjoys a vibrant and non-touristy atmosphere. The 24-hour staff was extremely friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The "featured amenities" mentioned in the description were nowhere to be found. Must have been a secret treasure hunt!

The room was very small, so the shower space. The breakfeast is absolutely terrible, poor and bad, undrinkable machine coffe , "juice" powder and de poorest food. Another thing, unless the hotel is a not smoking building, it was smelling tobacco everywhere all de time..very unpleasant.

Value for money, close to metro
We were transferred to another hotel a few houses away but both hotels are on the same really busy street, so it might be a problem if you are a light sleeper (not us :)).

The hotel had a convenient location, with a bus station right outside and the metro just a block away. It made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. The staff at the hotel were friendly and responsive to our requests. They provided us with assistance whenever we needed it and made our stay more comfortable.
The hotel was in need of some maintenance. Some of the furniture and accessories were in poor condition, such as the table and hair dryer.

Excellent value for money. Nice location, really close from the Policlinico metro station, about 10 minutes to center of the city by metro. There are some nice restaurants in the zone, and of course the famous italian Gelatterias. The staff was very nice and spoke english wich made it much easier to comunicate.
Due to some work on the communication lines we couldn't pay with credit card wich wasn't that nice. You pay for the use of Internet in the hotel. It wasn't that much, 2 euros for 20 hours, but steel it could be included on the hotel bill. What bothered me the most was the fact that I needed a net, note or tablet computer to use the wireless, not my cell phone as I'm used to. The rooms are a little small, but in Rome who wants to stay in the room?

The breakfast was savoury and coffee, pastries, croissants, butter, and fresh bread were available. The rooms were spotless and air conditioned with a clean bathroom. I was here for 3 days and would love to come back.
Well, the area was poor overall.

Great location, close to metro stop and lively area with restaurants and bars. Quiet and safe. Upgraded to a double room free of charge. Helpful and kind staff. Clean room with small balcony. Complimentary pastries and coffee for breakfast.
Felt very cared for, nothing was too much trouble.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is close to the metro station, making it easy and cheap to visit popular sites like the Colosseo and the Vatican. The staff at this hotel is friendly and helpful, providing attentive service throughout our stay. Despite being a basic hotel, the rooms were clean and met our needs for a short stay.
The size of the rooms was a bit small, but it was still manageable.

Valuable for this price, clean room, good location near to metro and Term
Noisy room like they had walls made of paper, expensive WiFi, no shelves in closet - I didn't know where to put clothes. We both with my partner had some kind of rash on hands and back - possibly from soap or washing powder used on their blankets.
